Late 2019 I desperately wanted to travel out, I decided to take my first IELTS test but guess what? I failed…
The result wasn’t all that bad, but it wasn’t enough to get required points for the Canada Express Entry Program I wanted to apply for
I decided to try again in 2020, But this time… I got worse scores

I was pained and frustrated
After spending over 150k (as at then) on the two exams, I gave up on traveling out and I didn’t bother trying again

Then something drastic changed
In December 2022, after a conversation with a friend of mine in Canada, I decided it was time to try again and defeat IELTS once and for all.
So I registered again (by this time, the price had increased again), and because I didn’t want to waste money again, I decided to use an IELTS Study Guide to prepare.
Found a highly recommended one and with about one month of study…
